Transactions and Shipping

Whether you purchase a product or win a contest and you will be shipped a package, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information once your package is in transit. If you do not receive an email, please contact us using our contact form.

Returns/Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with any items you purchased at WesChyrchel.com, Return the items to us within 15 days of receipt for a prompt refund. We will also exchange if you prefer and will adjust the balance accordingly. Return the purchase to us with a copy of your sales receipt to our address or contact us using our online contact form.
